Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing for private use, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal button below and submit your request before the period expires.

 

Returns

Please send the item back to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal. The item should be returned in a condition suitable for resale wherever possible. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will reimburse the full purchase price, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take your bank or card provider additional time to process and display the refund.

 

Exceptions

Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law (for example, items made to your specification or clearly personalized).
