With this volume, the Wunderblock BETA programme draws to a close. As the second and final publication, it brings together contributions from Cycles II and III while also reflecting on a programme that understands media art as an autonomous space of perception, memory and process of image-making. From 2022 to 2026, video works by international artists were presented online and in the shop window of DOCK 20, accompanied by a series of interviews. This interplay between digital and physical display gave rise to a constantly evolving image space – at once a projection surface and a repository.
